Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 3 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that monogrammed items take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items



  1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses. 
    2. We do not accept PO Box address, BFPO address (UK) or APO/FPO address.



  1. Cancellation
    Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. 
    If the order is already shipped, please sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign the parcel.

    2. Unsuccessful delivery
    Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):

      ① Incorrect address.
      ② Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
      ③ Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
      ④ The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us firsy

Return Policy

Do you want to return an item ? No Problem! 

You can return any item for a refund within contacting us 14 days of receiving your order.

  •  Refund will be processed and amount credited within 3-5 business days of receiving delivery.
  • Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
  •  Return shipping fee is paid by buyer
